Snow in the White Mountains - Too Hot!

I know it has been very hot! But the snow is on the way and for what it is worth, our monsoon has been wonderful. Daily for the last week we have had fantastic rains pounding the mountains and bringing everything truly to life. The grounds are saturated and the tree bark is black with moisture the way it should be.
Fool Hollow Lake is full and gorgeous. What a great time to visit the mountains and plunk down some monies on small cabin. 2 bedrooms are still available under $100,000 in a modest neighborhood.
